Subcontractor Onboarding Requirements
To become a registered subcontractor with Better Communications, the following criteria must be met:
A fully executed Subcontractor Agreement and confidentiality (NDA) document.
Confirmation of workforce eligibility, including completion of our internal employment-audit process before mobilizing on any project.
Submission of current insurance certificates demonstrating compliance with all contractual flow-down insurance requirements stipulated by our clients.
Participation in the annual environmental compliance program, currently assessed at approximately $475 per year.
Strict adherence to all applicable industry standards, regulatory mandates, local ordinances, and our corporate construction and safety guidelines.
Fulfillment of client-site access and badge requirements (where applicable).
Alignment with our unwavering commitment to ethical business practices, sustainability, and responsible corporate citizenship.
